Why Consult?

Why Consult?
Whether it be to ask questions, to get information on a specific topic, to feel heard and understood, for a professional opinion, for support, or for prevention, the majority of people that consult do so because they are experiencing some form of pain, suffering or distress. In other words, they want to improve an aspect of their personal, interpersonal or professional life and are looking to increase their sense of wellbeing.
